Rae is committed to the development of artists. Mobilising them through opportunities, training and support, our projects encourage artists to put their practice to work in new ways, creating spaces for people and making tools for change.

It is essential that the artists we work with represent the diversity of people who live in the UK and includes: artists from Global Majority backgrounds, artists with disabilities, care experienced artists, artists from working class backgrounds, artists with caring responsibilities and artists from the LGBTQ+ community.

We are passionate about finding inclusive, accessible and adaptable ways to work with artists. We encourage artists to be open about how they can be supported to do their best work.
